At Nature Made, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Items must be in their original condition with all eco-friendly tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
